About the Call
The European Union-Philippines (EU-PH) Green Economy Partnership: Green Business, Infrastructure, and Finance is looking for a joint-venture company or a corporation internationally or nationally registered with a pool of experts with the relevant Public-Private Partnership and Solid Waste Management competencies and expertise to conduct 1-3 detailed feasibility studies for the establishment of solid waste management for 3 selected local government units (LGUs) in order to provide solutions to manage waste disposal and diversion challenges that are currently faced by these municipalities.
These feasibility studies will provide a comprehensive assessment of the project’s viability, covering financial, technical, legal, institutional, environmental and social aspects.
This call for tenders is for companies or corporations who have:
✅Strong knowledge of Public-Private Partnership models, public procurement mechanisms, and waste management infrastructure projects
✅Conducted feasibility assessments and financial/economic analyses of infrastructure projects
✅Strong communication and facilitation experiences in delivering trainings, workshops, and technical assistance
✅Coordinated multi-stakeholder processes, including public authorities, private sector actors, and development partners
