About the Grant

The Green Up to Scale Up MSME Transformation Grant empowers circular economy networks working with MSMEs in the Philippines, blending technical expertise, financing, and infrastructure for sustainable business models. It boosts circular economy alliances, technology transfer, and incentives to lower waste and drive MSME growth. Funded by the EU-PH Green Economy Partnership (2023-2028) under the EU Global Gateway, it unites government, LGUs, and the private sector for nationwide circularity.

Who can apply?

Philippine circular economy networks apply as multi-stakeholder teams for MSME transformation grants.
✅Lead Applicant Requirements: Legal Philippine entity managing the project, complying with local laws, directly handling prep & coordination.
✅Member Partners Needed: Experts committing to co-implement actions in their fields; lead acts on behalf of all for EU-funded circular business models.
